Are you keen to try yoga but a little nervous about stepping on the mat?
In this workshop, you will learn how to connect movement with breath during the practice Yoga. This class begins with a short meditation and breathing exercises, followed by a series of yoga postures known as Asana.
During the Asana practice, we will start with a strategic warm-up, and you will learn the Hatha yoga sun salutation sequence along with other yoga postures. It is a beautiful and calming environment for beginners to learn and understand the practice.
This class focuses on reconnecting with our bodies and calming our minds in the midst of our non-stop world. It provides the perfect opportunity to learn and experience Yoga in a serene and supportive atmosphere.
By the end of this workshop, you will have gained a deeper understanding of the practice and the ability to connect movement with breath. You will leave feeling more in tune with your body and with a sense of calmness in your mind.
