The Guards.

Friday evening will bring a special event. The talk at the Forum will be of the history of the Guards Regiments, the soldiers – and their horses.

Things are possibly set to be more sedate on Saturday when Penarth Ministry Area is holding its annual Spring Plant & Cake sale on Saturday, 1 April 10am-12noon at St Augustine's Church, Church Place South, Penarth.

And the whole of next week will involve The Easter Bunny Shop Hop that takes place from 1 - 8 April, and it provides a unique and fun way to explore Penarth town while also indulging in delicious chocolates.

The event involves participants visiting different shops and stores throughout the town to collect chocolate treats that are given out at the end of the shop hop.

This activity not only allows people to discover new shops and businesses but also promotes community engagement by encouraging people to interact with local shop owners.
