Managing the full conveyancing cycle : From taking instructions, preparing and submitting legal documents (contracts, letters, Land Registry, HMRC forms) to handling exchange and completion. Pre-Completion Tasks : Carrying out Land Registry and conveyancing searches, ensuring all necessary paperwork and funds are in place to facilitate exchange and completion. Post-Completion Tasks : Managing file closures, preparing applications to the Land Registry, submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns, and maintaining accurate ledgers.
