Role Title: Senior Consultant Possibility of remote work: Yes contract duration: 6 months Location: Cardiff Detailed Job Description: Your role In the role of a Senior Consultant, you will lead the technical track, technical solution design, development and deployment. Your primary role would be to provide best fit technical solutions for one or more projects, A single point of contact for end-to-end Technical, work closely with individual information systems Leads to ensure appropriate steps are taken to evolve and change each system. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall technical solution. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding Technology solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. REQUIRED SKILLS: Minimum 8 years of development, design experience with multiple industries

At least 5 years of solution design, covering technical integration

Experience on API Design First approach, knowledge on API Blueprint/OpenAPI specifications

Hands on experience in Client SOA Suite (BPEL, OSB, Mediator, Business Rules), Client BPM Suite, and ORDS, PL/SQL

Following best practices while implementation and giving a confidence to the customer with quality deliverables

Performing code review activities

Proposing new solutions through PoCs

Experience on any API management platform.

Experience and knowledge on REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, XSD

Knowledge on DevOps methodologies and tooling - Monitoring/ELK, APM, collaboration, ALM, dashboard etc.

Knowledge on WebLogic Application Server

Implementing security through OAuth2, OWSM, SSO

Sound knowledge of various operating systems and Client database.

PREFERRED SKILLS Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to communicate with remote teams in effective manner

Strong analytical, logical skills and team leading skills

Good understanding of project domain

Ability to translate functional/non-functional requirements to systems requirements

Ability to design and code complex programs

Good understanding of SDLC is a pre-requisite

Experience on Agile methodology

Strong desire to explore, evaluate and understand new technologies

Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate

RESPONSIBILITIES: The key responsibilities for this role will be, but are not limited to:

Analysing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable implementation by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle

Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development

Interface with customer for issue resolution, provide status updates, build customer confidence in teams ability to deliver to support high customer satisfaction

Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms

Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities

You would be a key contributor in creating thought leadership within the area of technology specialization and in compliance with guidelines, policies and norms of Client.
