- Provide senior nursing leadership in support of the Clinical Lead and Unit Manager.
- Demonstrate clinical and leadership expertise to support the nursing team.
- Adapt to changes and evolving service needs.
- Deputise in the absence of the ward manager.
- Serve as a role model, embodying core values and setting clear expectations.
