Credit Controller - Cardiff - 12-month cover

A dynamic business in Cardiff is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their growing finance team. This hybrid role offers autonomy, and the chance to make a measurable impact within a collaborative and supportive workplace.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and reduce aged debt across a diverse ledger
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure timely payments
  • Resolve queries and disputes efficiently and professionally
  • Monitor credit limits and assess customer creditworthiness
  • Produce regular reports on debtor performance
    • About You:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in credit control
  • Confident communicator with a firm but fair approach
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and intermediate Excel skills
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
