Location: Cardiff
Contract Type: Temporary, Hybrid
Work Pattern: Full Time, Mon - Fri, 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.60 p/h paid to Umbrella

We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to provide essential support in the planning and delivery across Wales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love assisting others, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination and organisation of various events, such as recruitment panels, appraisal panels, and trainee study days.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date trainee information using our in-house database, generating reports as needed.
- Assist with raising purchase orders and maintaining precise financial records.
- Ensure compliance with national and local policies to uphold the training programme's standards.
- Exercise initiative to manage your workload effectively, meeting deadlines in line with departmental policies.
What We're Looking For:
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong ability to maintain accurate data systems.
Key Skills:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player who can also work independently.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with administrative systems and a knack for process improvement.
- Experience in minute-taking.
- Welsh speaker (Level 1) or willingness to learn.
