Free Concert Music at Lunchtime

Crystal Tears Lute Songs and Madrigals with Joelene Griffiths, Soprano and Scott Baker, Lute

Joelene Griffiths, soprano completed a Masters in advanced vocal studies under the guidance of Dennis O'Neill in Wales and her oratorio performances include Carl Orff Carmina Burana, Handel The Messiah, Christmas Oratorio, Beethoven Ninth Symphony, Haydn the Creation, Brahms Requiem, Haydn Nelson Mass.  In 2025 she will be performing with Bath Operan and Cardiff Opera.

Scott Baker, Lute studied at RWCMD and since then alongside a career in education has performed regularly with ensembles, bands, duos and as a soloist. Recently he has performed with Penarth Operatic Society's production of "Shakespeare in Love"

This concert is free to all. Doors open at 12.30pm. Refreshments are provided or you may of course bring your own lunch. Concert commences at 1pm for approximately one hour.

A warm welcome awaits you and your friends of course.
