Friday morning (11:30 – 12:30): Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that involves unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness and it produces significant positive effects on health, happiness levels and social connections. 

If you, or someone you know, could do with a little bit of laughter and happiness in your life with like-minded people, please come along. 

Penarth Laughter Yoga runs every Friday at 11:30 for one hour at All Saints Church Lesser Community Hall (that's the small one) at Victoria Square, Penarth. 

Pre-booking (and pre-payment) is essential by clicking here and it costs just £2 per person. Suitable for any age from 14+ though minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Saturday (10:00 – 17:30): Penarth Climate Action Weekend

Penarth locals are invited to learn how to combat climate change at the upcoming Penarth Climate Action Weekend summit on June 11. 

Organised by members of Eden Church and Stanwell Road Baptist Church, the free summit aims to explore what people can do individually and together as a community to make a difference against climate change

Members of the GPG, Penarth Climate Action and Penarth Growing Community will also be in attendance. 

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and a feedback session will allow young people to share the messages they have written in one of the workshops. 

The day's itinerary will start at 10:00 with a 17:30 finish.
