Penarth locals are invited to learn how to combat climate change at the upcoming Penarth Climate Action Weekend summit on June 11.

Organised by members of Eden Church and Stanwell Road Baptist Church, the free summit aims to explore what people can do individually and together as a community to make a difference against climate change.

Members of the GPG, Penarth Climate Action and Penarth Growing Community will also be in attendance.

Refreshments will be available throughout the day and a feedback session will allow young people to share the messages they have written in one of the workshops.

The day's itinerary will start at 10:00 with a 17:30 finish.
