Big Padlock Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager at Big Padlock, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our clients. To help you succeed, we offer comprehensive on-site training to help you meet and exceed your performance goals.
In this role, you will:
- Educate customers about our products and services to help them make informed decisions about their unit size and experience at our sites.
- Use data analysis to support our company's growth through excellent customer service.
- Ensure customer accounts are always up to date by accurately entering data into our management system.
- Maintain high standards of unit cleanliness and report any maintenance needs to ensure a seamless customer experience.
To be considered, you should have:
- Computer proficiency, especially with Office 365.
- Sales or retail experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills.
- A valid driver's license.
Based on agreement, four out of seven workdays equaling to 30 hours will be scheduled.
