A leading higher education institution in Wales is hiring an experienced HR Manager for a fixed-term contract (6-12 months) with a salary of £48,000-£52,000 per annum. This role plays a key part in driving organisational change and transformation while providing expert HR advisory services.

As HR Manager, you will manage complex employee relations cases, lead change management initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to implement HR policies. You'll also oversee HR staff development, stakeholder engagement, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert HR advice and operational support.
• Manage complex employee relations cases (disciplinaries, grievances, appeals).
• Lead change management initiatives and organisational transformation.
• Engage with trade unions and key stakeholders.
• Oversee HR staff development and foster a high-performing team.
• Support job evaluation, organisational design, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practices.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• CIPD membership.
• Strong HR generalist background in a complex organisation.
• Expertise in employment law, policies, and change management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong IT, reporting, and analytical abilities.
