Penarth Rowing Club is hosting a 48-hour row for RNLI Penarth.

Row for 30 minutes on a rowing machine to add to the total 48 hours.

It will start on Friday, April 29 at 10:00 and finish on Sunday, May 1 at 10:00.

Sunday evening (19:00): Quiz Night at Penarth Yacht Club

In aid of Action Medical Research for Children.

Four members will also be taking part in 'Race the Sun' triathlon-style challenge for the charity.

The quiz will start at 19:00.

Admission costs £13 and includes a chicken or vegetable curry.
