Police reopen A4232 between Penarth junction and Butetown Tunnels
The A4232 has now fully reopened, after being closed while police dealt with an "ongoing incident".
"The A4232, which was closed for a short time while we dealt with an incident, has now fully reopened," said South Wales Police.
"Motorists are thanked for their patience and cooperation in avoiding the area."
