Police close A4232 between Penarth junction and Butetown Tunnels

Police have closed the A4232 between the Butetown Tunnels and the junction for Penarth, due to "an ongoing incident".

Emergency services are at the scene and motorists are advised to avoid the area and to use alternative routes where possible.
