A grant to improve local biodiversity and green spaces has been created by Penarth Town Council.

The Penarth in Bloom Community Grant is designed to support local community groups with projects that benefit the town and is open to not-for-profit organisations.

Private organisations and statutory services will not be eligible for the grant.

During the selection process, the town council will consider whether the project is appealing to Penarth residents; if the grant will make the particular project viable; and how much the grant will support the project.

All applicants must get permission from landowners to undergo any projects before applying for the grant.

Click here to find out how to apply.

Applications can either be sent by post to Penarth Town Council, West House, Stanwell Road, Penarth CF64 2YG or send an email to the town clerk at [email protected].
