Penarth's RNLI team have joined up with the Barry Dock Lifeboat station to warn residents to take care at Sully Island and the coast this weekend with high tides forecast across the bank holiday.
They said: ''The times below show the approx cut off times for Sully Island over the next few days.
''To stress, these are not the times of high tide, just the time when the causeway will flood.
''The coast is looking lovely in the current good weather but we are asking, once again, for people to follow the government advice - stay home, protect the NHS and save lives.
''In addition to the cut off risks there will be some large high tides. We really want to help prevent call-outs for our volunteers - we are of course on call, but each emergency places us all at risk from COVID-19. Please do take care.''
