Next Tuesday you can join in with a Penarth based fitness class for free from the comfort of your home with Live Fit Wales.

The local fitness company have taken their classes online to help local residents keep active during the coronavirus lockdown.

They said: ''We are opening our lunchtime LiveFit30 class to you for free.

''We will work out with you; streaming LIVE into your home!

''Spaces are very limited so if you want to join us and find out why so many people from ALL over the UK are choosing to stay fit at home with us.... this is your chance.''

The workout is thirty minutes and includes a warm-up workout and cool down. It is suitable for all fitness levels and children over 7 years old.

How to book onto the class:

• Find Tuesday the 28th in the booking system and book your space.

• You will need access to Zoom and ideally a tablet, laptop/PC. A smartphone will work too...especially if you can mirror your screen to a smart TV.
