Yoga for beginners at the Sea Cadets Penarth:

Yoga for everyone who would like to improve their health and wellbeing. During the winter months the body tends to stiffen up because of the cold, causing the muscles to tighten which can disturb your mood as well. For the first 10 weeks of the year, the group will be focusing on stretching and lengthening the muscles to improve the flow and stimulation of internal energy. The group will pay attention to the quality of breathing and correct posture. Looking forward to see you all on the matt. 5:40-6:40 pm.
