A Penarth advertising business has been named the top regional agency in Wales and one of the top 40 in the UK.

Wordley Creative, which was set up in 1998 and located on High Street, was crowned with the recognition by the globally renowned business magazine Campaign in its 2022 School Report.

The report looks at the performance of hundreds of regional agencies across Scotland, Ireland, Wales, and England, excluding London, to determine the UK's top-performing agency.

Despite being a small business, Wordley's work reaches millions of viewers worldwide.

Run by female owners Jo Iwan, Sarah Jones, and Daniella Parris, Wordley's clients includes household brand names such as Funky Pigeon, Oak Furnitureland, Screwfix, Howdens, and Glasses Direct.

Sarah said: "We're proud to be recognised as the number one regional agency in the UK and to once again make the list of the UK's top 40 creative agencies.

"The last couple of years have really proven that our way of working offers our clients the agility and value they need, alongside the service levels and experience of our in-house team."

Jo Iwan, creative director at Wordley, added: "We offer the complete range of creative services from brand refresh, OOH, digital and TV campaigns.

"We get to know each business and work out where we can bring the best value for them to achieve the response they need from their advertising.

"We'd love to hear from more Welsh businesses and marketeers, it would be exciting to work with clients right on our doorstep."
