AN independent Penarth estate agency has been acquired as part of the expansion of a Cardiff company.

MGY Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors have announcedthe acquisition of Seabreeze Homes, of 17 Glebe Street, Penarth, which was established in the town in 1999.

MGY director James Thomas says: "This is a natural progression for MGY as we grow into Penarth and the Vale of Glamorgan.
