John Bruno Total Training has been working hard to create exercises that Penarth residents can practice at home during the coronavirus lockdown and in this episode, you can exercise while the microwave cooks.

John Bruno has listened to those who are struggling to find the time or the motivation to exercise during this challenging time and has created this video to get locals moving in their spare time.

He had noticed that a lot of exercise videos have been focused on children and gym-goers but that short, simple workouts for older people have been less accessible.

This episode in the exercise series is called Popty Ping Cardio.

The idea is that you can complete this routine while you let your food cook in the microwave. It has lots of instructions and an easy to follow guide on how to do the workout.

It's short, sweet and simple.
