The school is seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced leader to its senior leadership team.

The school is large and complex and will move its primary department to a new build within two years. You will have a key role in supporting the Deputy Headteacher (primary) in planning this new school.

You will have a strong track record in special education with a focus on primary. You will have demonstrated effective leadership skills and excellent pedagogical knowledge.

You will be committed to professional development and innovation both personally and for others.

You will be:

Passionate about special education, committed to providing high quality curriculum and assessment procedures for our youngest pupils.

An outstanding ALN practitioner with the drive to lead developments and enable pupils to be motivated and successful.

Someone with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to lead a large team of staff.

Someone with the energy, enthusiasm and personality to support the Senior Leadership Team in leading and managing the school.

DBS Check Required: Enhanced

Salary: £64,143.00 - £70,745.00 per Year
