How planning permission funds can help the community

Most large developments especially involving residential properties attract financial obligations with developers making significant payments which should go towards community facilities as a part of the planning permission.
The amounts can be significant. However there are strict rules that apply to these funds.
So Dinas Powys Community Council organised a training session to learn how the system works.
The aim is to ensure that the resources are used carefully and effectively in the community.
