Foxy's Deli has announced that, starting today (May 4th), takeaway options are now back on the menu in Penarth as well as extended delivery options.

The well known local delicatessen has been busy delivering food shopping items since the government announced the coronavirus lockdown.

They have had some wonderful community moments coming out from new services. You can read about some of their lockdown stories here.

Now, you will be able to take away their breakfast and lunch options as well as their other delivery services.

This will be served from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm and has a range of tasty treats including a Full English (veggie option available) and a roast dinner with all the trimmings.

Foxy's explained the new system put in place to ensure the safety of staff and customers with their new service. They said: ''Due to social distancing regulations, orders must be made at the entrance of the deli and food when ready will be left on a table outside the main door.

''Customers cannot enter the deli. Don't forget our home delivery service for all your foxy favourites. Now delivered (sometimes) in our new tuk-tuk!''

You can view both the menus on their website.

Additionally, the Deli can also deliver an afternoon tea to your door complete with a Foxy's China Tea set and lots of tasty treats.
