Fireworks Fiesta is returning to Penarth

After a COVID induced sabbatical last year Penarth RFC and Penarth Athletic Club look forward to hosting the annual Fireworks Fiesta on Friday 5th November with gates opening at 6pm with the show, provided by Pendragon Fireworks and Pyrotechnics, starting at 7.30pm.

There will be food on offer from The Artisan Cook, The Crepe Escape as well as burgers and hotdogs from the Rugby Club and usual drinks and refreshments from the Athletic Club.

In order to ensure the safety of all those in attendance the Rugby Club urges everyone to do what they can to make this a COVID-safe environment and would be grateful if all attendees adhere to the following guidelines:

Be aware of all relevant UK and Welsh Government advice and rules at the time of the event;

If possible perform a lateral flow test prior to attending;

It is recommended that all adults bring masks and sanitising hand gels to the event and wear face masks wear social distancing is not possible;

All four entrances to the ground will be open so please try to use them to avoid crowding at the main gate;

Once you have enjoyed the show and refreshments on offer please endeavour to leave the ground promptly.

The organisers ask that you do not attend the event if you have tested positive for COVID-19 in the previous 10 days or if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 but are awaiting test appointment or test results.

It is recommended that you do not attend the event if you have had close contact in the previous 10 days with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19
