Farewell to final traces of bank

The last vestiges of Penarth's former Nat West branch will soon be removed and the front of the building 'made good' following the removal of an ATM machine.

Plans to close the bank on Plymouth Road were announced in May and the doors closed in September.

Now NatWest has agreed the details of restoring the building with Vale of Glamorgan's Council's planning department and work is due to commence.

The bank will remove external marketing and make good where required; remove ATMs and fill in the wall to match the existing facade. All marketing material will be removed.
