Crafty Devil Cellar in Penarth has announced that they will be reopening on Thursday for takeaway food, beer and wine.

The local bar was forced to close their doors due to the coronavirus lockdown but, like many others across town, they have found a way to get the business restarted whilst abiding by social distancing regulations.

Their craft ale will be available alongside a takeaway option of locally sourced burgers with meat from David Lush's and vegetarian patties available too.

They said: ''From Thursday the 20th of May, we will be reopening our doors for takeaway food, beer and wine.

''Food will be on a pre-order basis and running from 5 pm - 9 pm Thursday to Saturday. To place your order call or text on 07393545600.

''We will not be taking orders through email or Facebook messenger.

''For beer and spirits, feel free to just head along, however full social distancing measures will be put in place, as we want to keep our staff and customers safe, so we do ask that you be patient.

''Look forward to seeing you all again! The Crafty Devil Team.''
