Coffi Co opened their doors for the first time under the strange circumstances of the coronavirus lockdown and been serving up food and coffee ever since. Today, they announced that they will be adding to their menu with a range of cocktails from their Penarth venue.

The cafe was due to serve alcohol on their premises as part of their opening in Penarth but they faced a number of issues getting their bar up and running due to the restrictions of lockdown.

But today they present their new cocktail menu to the people of Penarth with their click and collect service.

Residents can enjoy a takeaway cocktail from a list including:

• Elderflower Gin Mojito

• Pimms
