Church offers opportunity to record condolences

Residents can record a message of condolence following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Signings are invited at the Church of the Holy Nativity, Plassey St, Cogan, Penarth from 8:30am and following the 9:15am Eucharist, today (Sunday, 11 September).
