A virtual cup for the Welsh Rugby Premiership has been set up for local clubs to get involved with during the coronavirus lockdown and the Old Penarthians RFC are through to round four.

The idea was started on Twitter by Welsh Premiership Rugby and residents and supporters can vote for the team they would like to see win in each round.

All Wales Sport has also offered prize money for the final four teams. £100 to the winner, £50 to the runner-up and £25 each to the losing semi-finalists.

The Old Penarthians have been battling out and are currently in a match against St Joseph's RFC.

It has been a tight game with a 50/50 scoreline for most of the day but it looks like our rivals have just started to overtake the home side.

You can vote and help out our home team by clicking here and voting for Old Pens RFC in the poll. There are only two hours left!
