Sully residents have chosen their favourite photo submissions from this year's calendar competition.

Voting with a Facebook like, they have selected 13 photos taken by fellow residents (one for each day of the month plus the cover) to feature in 2020's fundraising calendar.

Proceeds will go towards the Sully Village Group's (SVG's) various community projects.

Hannah Bevmoh chair of the SVG, told Nub News:

"The calendar was Nicky Parry's fantastic idea and we are delighted with the excellent response from hub members.

"We have had some beautiful entries. We will be going to print very soon and they'll be available to purchase (details to follow on the hub and SVG page)."

The calendar will comprise various sunrise shots and nods to the village's unique coastline (flick through the gallery above).

Hannah was particularly glad to see October's photo selected. A Swanbridge Sunrise was submitted by Andrea Williams, wife of the late Mark Williams who died this year.
