TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a building consultancy who are looking for a Retrofit Assessor to carry out assessments on Social Housing properties in South Wales.

This role will involve undertaking Retrofit and Stock Condition Assessment Surveys of around 120 dwellings

• Assessing the existing gas boiler and heating system.
• Any insulation measures.
• Drawing up accurate floor plans of the property.
• Carrying out condition reports, along with conducting site-specific assessments.

All surveys will be carried out on Asset Management software, no lodgement is required as this is purely a data population exercise.

We will ideally be looking for individuals who have already gained a level 3 qualification in Retrofit Assessments.
