What's On in Penarth this weekend

As more and more events are being organised locally Nub News has launched a new weekly round up of what's on in Penarth each weekend.

Every Thursday we now bring you our top picks of the events in our What's On section for the coming weekend.

Events coming up in Penarth

Thursday: Penarth TKD

Penarth TKD is a taekwondo school run by iv Dan international instructor, Victoria Phillips.

Classes are every Thursday 5-6pm and are suitable for all ages and abilities. Please message through Facebook for more information.

Friday: Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter Yoga is a unique form of exercise that involves unconditional laughter, breathing and youthful playfulness.

It produces significant positive effects on health, happiness levels, cognitive function and mood as well as being an opportunity to laugh at whatever challenges life may send your way in a supportive, caring environment.

Penarth Laughter Yoga classes run every Friday at 11.30am for 1 hour at All Saints Church LESSER Community Hall (that's the small one), Victoria Square, Penarth.

Friday: Morel Court Christmas Fayre

Head to Morel Court for the Christmas Fayre from 2:00pm on Saturday and enjoy mince pies and mulled wine while browsing various stalls.
