1. Meet Kath Fisher - Tactical Flight Officer of the National Police Air Service

2. Penarth Firework Fiesta

This Bonfire Night, visit Penarth Athletic Club & Penarth Rugby for the Firework Fiesta.

At the Athletic Grounds, Lavernock Road, Penarth CF64 3QH - Gate open 6pm - Display 7.30pm. - Cash Only payment on the gate.

We are also joined by The Artisan Cook, The Crepe Escape & The Bears Bbq - come along for a fabulous night.

3. Women's Wellness Event

This Thursday, join local health experts for a Women' Wellness Event.

The event will feature talks and demonstrations on well-being and women's health.
