As more and more events are being organised locally Nub News is launching a new weekly roundup of what's on in Penarth each week.

Every Thursday we will now bring you our top picks of the events in our What's On section for the coming week.

1. Penarth CommunityFEST

Celebrating local community sustainability action! Local people, local projects, local food, sharing together. Come and find out what's happening locally & find out more about the new Benthyg in Penarth,

Penarth Growing Community & Growing Together Network,

Plastic Free Penarth, East Vale Community Transport,

Penarth Tree Forum and Penarth Climate Action.

2. The Marc Davies Band - Live at the Windsor

The Marc DAVIES BAND ARE PLAYING LIVE AT THE WINDSOR PUB IN PENARTH. They are a Blues /rock band.

3. Cancer Research U.K. Christmas Fair

Penarth Committee for Cancer Research U.K. will be holding a Christmas Fair in the Penarth Conservative Club on Stanwell Road, Penarth on Saturday 30th October 2021.

The event will run from 2pm until 3.45pm. Stalls will include Cakes, Cards, Christmas, Lucky Dip Parcels, Preserves and Raffle.

Entry will cost £2 which will include a hot drink and a mince pie.

We look forward to welcoming our supporters back after the enforced long break. For everyone's protection we would appreciate the wearing of masks at the event unless you are exempt.
