COUNCILLOR Chris Franks paid tribute to volunteers at Dinas Powys Community Library and Activity Centre after a recent event.
He said: "Well done to Thursday morning's Wellbeing sessions held in Dinas Powys Library.
"Organised by Liz and Jill. They are an important part of the life of the library.
"All are welcome. Restarts early in the New Year. The library offers a range of activities."
