Wasons has reopened on Penarth's Windsor Road for local residents to grab their DIY and household items once again.

They made the difficult decision to voluntarily close on March the 26th to protect their staff and customers.

Hardware stores were not told to close in the lockdown legislation but Wason's made the decision to do so anyway.

Now, they are ready to welcome customers back to their store, albeit, with reduced opening hours.

You can visit the store from 9 am - 4 pm Monday to Saturday for the time being.

They have been waiting on deliveries to reach full capacity again and customers will have to abide by the social distancing rules, with limitations place on the number of people allowed in the store.
