UPDATED: Road traffic accident on Penarth Road

A road traffic accident has occurred on Penarth Road, opposite Dreams bed store.
Roughly 20 emergency vehicles are present, including fire, ambulance and police services.
They are "unable to divulge any information."
Traffic towards Cardiff is moving, but not towards Penarth.
Southbound vehicles are being diverted onto Hadfield Road.
