Still no sign of Penarth man missing since beginning of July

A Penarth man who has been missing since July 8 has still not been found. 

Joel Phillips, 25, was last seen boarding a train at Grangetown heading towards Cardiff and South Wales Police is increasingly concerned for his welfare
