Police appeal continues for missing Penarth man

A Penarth man reported missing earlier this month has still not been found. 

Joel Phillips, 25, was reported missing on Friday, July 8 and officers are concerned for his wellbeing. 

Mr Phillips is described as being of slight build and was last seen wearing a burgundy t-shirt, black tracksuit bottoms and black and white trainers.
