Roadworks and Traffic Control on Stanwell and Victoria Road
Penarth will have traffic control systems in place at the busy junction of Victoria Road and Stanwell Road as Welsh Water work on a new service connection.
The controls started yesterday on the 26th of May and will be in place until the 1st of June.
Temporary traffic control will be in operation to allow for new service connection.
