South Wales Police has launched an appeal to find the relatives of a Penarth man who died in his home last month.

Robert Paul Ellis, 64, died at his home on Tuesday, June 28 and it is believed there are no suspicious circumstances.

Mr Ellis was born in Dinas Powys.
