Penarth's Brød Bakery to Reopen for Takeaway Tomorrow

Brød the Danish Bakery in Penarth will be reopening tomorrow on a takeaway basis to supply the town with some of their favourite baked delicacies.

They said: ''We will be open 9:30 - 3:30 on Tuesday till Saturday in Penarth. It won't be the full selection but we will still have loads of your favourites.

''We have expanded the bakery department so that two bakers can work together safely. All our staff have been fully briefed to ensure safety for themselves and you.

''We can't wait to see you."

Brød has not been away the whole time and has made sure they kept spirits lifted during the lockdown.

Their window mural of positivity bought smiles to the faces of those passing by as well as their free Snegl giveaway last month.

We look forward to their return!
