The Welsh Government announced this morning that they will plan for the hospitality industry to start reopening outdoors from July the 13th.

They said: ''Our hospitality industry can begin to re-open outdoors from July 13, if cases of coronavirus continue to fall.

"This includes pubs, cafes and restaurants with existing outdoor seating areas.

"Join us live at 12:30 for an update on safely reopening tourism and hospitality."

This means that Penarth's pubs with gardens like the Railway, the Oystercatcher, the Golden Lion, the New Pilot, the Cefn Mably and the Merrier Harrier will be able to open for the first time since March.

We will provide more information as it comes.
