Penarth crews join other teams for regional exercise tonight

RNLI volunteers in Penarth will be taking part in a large-scale training exercise with crews from Barry Dock, Portishead, Weston and Burnham-on-Sea this evening (Tuesday, 11 October). The exercise is likely to supported by aircraft.

A statement from Penarth RNI said: "Working together across lifeboat stations and with other agencies is an important part of our work and can be crucial to effectively assisting someone who is in danger."
