Keeping Faith with Matthew Hall at the Penarth Pier Pavilion:

Matthew Hall is a BAFTA award-winning screenwriter and twice CWA Gold Dagger nominated novelist. Join Matthew as he discusses his work writing both TV scripts and novels, including the TV phenomenon Keeping Faith. Tickets for this event cost £10, and include a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival and a discount on book purchases. Doors open at 7.00 pm for a 7.30 pm start

The Barbarian's Training Day 10am - 12pm at Penarth RFC:

The Barbarian's mens and womens team return to their hometown of Penarth to train for their match against Wales on the weekend. Both sides will be training between 10am - 12pm with the Women's team also running an afternoon session. Warren Gatland, who will coach the men's team, will also make an appearance.
