Griffin Books on Windsor Road has announced it will start a new 'tween' book club in October.

The club will meet on the second Thursday of every month at the shop from 19:15-20:15 and is open to young readers aged between 11-14.

Each session costs £8 which includes refreshments and a copy of the monthly book. The club promises to be an inclusive environment where young people can showcase their love for books and discover new stories.

For those interested in joining, send an email to [email protected] where more information will be provided, as well as a link to sign up.

Be sure to include your child's name, age and school year group (as of September 2022).

For younger children aged between 8-11, Griffin Books also runs a Children's Book Club on the second Thursday of every month, between 18:00-19:00.
