Today, the latest figures from Public Health Wales recorded no new coronavirus deaths across the whole of Wales in their daily announcement.

In total, 1531 deaths have been recorded in Wales since the start of the coronavirus pandemic.

Eight coronavirus cases in Wales have been recorded over the past 24 hours out of the cumulative total of 15,898.

One case of coronavirus was recorded in the Vale of Glamorgan out of a total of 735. 268 deaths have been recorded in the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board Area.

This is the first time zero cases of coronavirus have been recorded by Public Health Wales since their daily briefings started in March.

These figures are changeable as they are updated by the ONS and any delays in reporting.
