New Gym Coming to Penarth in 2020

Shapewell Gym is opening a new branch in an old rugby gym in Penarth at the start 2020.
The Gym will open in the Old Penarthians Rugby Club, which has recently undergone renovations for the changing facilities, cafe/bar area and the upcoming transformation of the Gym.
The venue also has two Squash Courts and a Bowling Alley.
Shapewell Fitness will develop the Gym facility into running personal training, fitness classes, sports massage and a membership for gym usage.
Work is currently being carried out to refurbish the gym floor, walls and emptying old equipment ready for replacement kit.
They will be looking for personal trainers to rent the space when they are up and running, so if you are in the business make sure you keep an eye out for any developments.
